Okemah Celebrates the Week of the Young Child Children at the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Child Development Center in Okemah celebrated the Week Of The Young Child and they were visited Thursday, April 6th, 2006, by Ribbons The Clown (Robin Bremer) and her puppet friends. Ribbons is pictured right of center in the back row behind the staff and children.

Wetumka public library presents: The public is invited to see Robin Bremer transform into Ribbons the Clown before their eyes. The program is one hour long with a question and answer session. She will present to the children the three types of clowns, their history, and how to build a clown show. They will see balloon animals, puppets, magic and have an opportunity to be apart of the show. Robin Bremer has been clowning for 13 years in several states. She does church ministry, nursing homes, birthday parties, libraries, and is currently working on an assembly program called, 'Kids for COPS'. 'Kids for COPS' teaches children about police and raises funds for local police departments. Ribbons will be presenting her program called, 'Stages of a Clown' on Tuesday - July 21st at 2 PM.
